Our client is a leading international Business Solutions Developer (software) with more than 10,000 customers internationally generated over 15 years of business. They are currently in the process of tripling their employee numbers to deliver on their objective of rapidly increasing their market share.
The group provides advanced financial software to the mid-market and a full range of services throughout Ireland from sales and support to consulting and technical solutions.
Their range includes SQL Server-based financial systems, ERP, MRP & Supply Chain solutions.
This role reports to the Client Services Manager and it’s primary objective is to provide added value consulting services to their clients and deliver solutions though their project management process.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-sales consulting to assist the sales team in identifying customer needs.
Business process mapping and problem identification. Project manage the delivery of solutions. Complement the sales team by helping to identify and deliver an enhanced offering to clients. Evaluate and identify opportunities for optimising clients’ business processes. Devise solutions to meet these requirements based on industry best practice. Project Manage the effective implementation of those solutions to provide added value. Cultivate long term business relationships with clients. Become an internal and external ambassador for the company
EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years experience in a project management environment, preferably within the technology sector. Proven track record in the effective planning and delivery of best practice software solutions to clients. Be client facing with the ability to develop long term business relationships. Fundamental understanding of all aspects of modern ICT, especially SQL Server environments. Knowledge of standard reporting tools such as Crystal an advantage. Creative thinker with excellent inter-personal skills. Active and inclusive team player with a strong sense of presence, energetic and inspiring.

Accounting, Business or Technical degree/qualification essential. Results oriented with a history of delivering ‘added value’.
