Description:	Due to increased market activity a leading Telecoms/IT product company based in Dublin is looking for a topclass Sales Manager who has a track record in achieving personal and tream targets within the IT/Telecoms sector. The role involves setting and achieving Personal and Sales team targets. Sourcing and selecting professional sales staff to build the team further. The maintenance and increase of business with key accounts. Development of new business through bringing new clients on board and creating new markets. Motivating the team to exceed targets at all levels. Increase sales of vendor products through reseller and corporate accounts. Candidates will have at least three years proven sales experience within the IT/Telecoms product sector and have previous experience of managing motivating and growing a succesful sales team.
