Since their formation they have won numerous national and EU awards for their technology and their business proposition and are now moving into the next exciting stage of their growth. As part of that growth they are now seeking to hire a Controls Engineer to join their product development team.
The position will report to the company’s SW and Controls Manager and the ideal candidate will be a multidisciplinary team player with a 'hands on' and dynamic attitude. You will be involved in:
● Instrumentation integration.
● Bench testing components.
● System documentation.
● Experimental design and set-up.
● System construction and testing.
● System troubleshooting.
● Light data analysis.
You will be qualified to a bachelor degree level or equivalent in automation engineering, electronic engineering or related discipline and will preferably have an three experience in the following areas:
● Hands on system design and construction.
● Experience wiring and testing instrumentation.
● Good problem solving abilities.
● Complex system experience.
In addition it would be very useful to have some experience or exposure to:
● Solidworks Electrical.
● LabVIEW.
● Python.
● Microcontroller experience.
