The client is an award winning Irish company that has been in operation since 1992. Since their launch they have consistently grown having developed their product from scratch to serve the needs of their customers. They are now entering another expansion phase and are actively seeking to hire a talented ERP Application Support Consultant to join their Professional Services Team.
The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting a growing customer base with technical and operational queries across a wide range of business processes. Your duties will include responding to system operation inquiries, documenting the issues, and working towards the optimal solution. The right person for this role will have a deep interest in technology and will utilise creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address issues.
To take full advantage of this opportunity you will have a background in ERP application support either in-house or client facing. You will have strong knowledge/experience of accounting, ERP systems or business management software and excellent problem solving and communication skills.
