Our client is an industry expert at implementing ERP solutions and application development into the SME marketplace. They offer end-to-end ERP solutions and their own integrated range of Apps. They are headquarted on the south side of Dublin and have offices in the UK, mainland Europe and worldwide. They are an award winning organisation with an excellent reputation as an employer and are in the middle of a major expansion at present.
As part of that expansion they now need an ERP Consultant to join their professional services team Implementing business software solutions into their Irish based clients.
As an ERP Consultant you will manage both internal and external expectations with the purpose of achieving maximum customer satisfaction and profitability. Depending on experience, you will lead projects and act as the primary liaison between the customer and our client. You will also identify ways to optimise solutions and deliver added value for customers whilst organising and mobilising resources on both teams.
This is a great opportunity for you if you have 3-5 years experience of ERP system implementation and are proficient in data migration. A Knowledge of WMS and/or production would be advantageous as would experience of using Crystal Reports. They would love it if you have a sound working knowledge of the basic principles of accountancy and international standards of best practice in the context of business process workflow. You will have excellent SQL knowledge and have a natural ability to work with customers in a professional and friendly way.
