Great opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join an Irish but international company providing a globally available, cloud-based Business Management Solution to clients across the world. This role will suit an ambitious individual who will join the team at an exciting time of growth and scale in their business.
The Support team has overall responsibility for clients across the world ensuring their systems are up and maintained. Specifically, you will monitor Dashboards of critical systems & investigate outlying issues from dashboards and logs. Log opportunities for improvement and monitor notices and alerts from Online.net, AWS, Azure, Zabix. Identify and find the solution to any support issues and escalate when required managing escalation through to completion. Support Office 365 – Outlook, Teams, Azure Active Directory. Support Finance and Customer Private cloud.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role with a previous track record & competence in “Networking” including TCP/IP - Full understanding of IP routing, ports and NAT. Firewall rules - basic understanding of how firewall rules operate. You should have a good working knowledge of Office 365 be a confident communicator to all levels throughout the organisations. Fluent English speaker with proven working knowledge of Private Cloud - installing windows server, configuring active directory, RDS, windows Firewall and group policy.
