​The client is a very successful Irish company that operates a globally available, cloud-based Business Management Solution. They would like you to be a part of their continued success by joining them as a Senior Sales Executive. Located in their Head office in Dublin, this is the ideal role for an experienced Sales Professional seeking a fast paced and exciting environment in which to grow. Working as part of the Sales and Marketing team, this position will play a key role in the company’s ambitious growth plans.

As a Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible for the full sales engagement of the client’s cloud solution. You will join the team in start-up mode, so the opportunity is huge.

As with all sales functions the primary responsibility is to meet monthly and annual Sales targets through new business development. As part of a growing enthusiastic and professional team you will call prospects / channel partners from qualified and targeted data. Meet & exceed sales targets based on ARR & other qualitative KPI’s. Generate qualified sales opportunities and own the complete sales cycle. Nurture and manage Channel partners where appropriate. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. Proactively lead joint customer/partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and assess, clarify, and validate customer/partner needs on an ongoing basis.


To thrive in this exciting environment you have a successful track record and understand the importance of Telesales / Inside Sales / Outbound Sales roles. You gained your knowledge and experience working in a corporate organisation expanding your influence, driving awareness, initiatives and sales. You are a credible person who is professional and genuinely interested in solving business challenges. Excellent active listening skills and the ability to communicate and qualify effectively, over the phone to all levels is essential and ideally you are familiar with cloud technologies & services.
