This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation that has developed a presence in the cloud based business software international marketplace. You will be part of an enthusiastic team operating from their Dublin based headquarters.

 

The successful candidate will be a customer focused, solution driven professional who is enthusiastic, technically confident and will form part of our Customer Support Team. The candidate will have the ability to work as part of an internal team.

You will carry out SAP Business One Support taking full ownership of customer issues to completion. As part of a dedicated support team you will find resolutions efficiently and effectively while proactively developing customer relationships. As part of your varied day you will analyse and resolve functional/technical issues and advise clients of features and functionality of SAP Business One application.

 

To take full advantage of this opportunity you will need strong SAP Business One support experience as well as SQL and Linux. Excellent PC Skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Office. Previous experience of technically supporting customers using SAP B1 is a must as is top notch communications skills. You enjoy relationship building and are determined to see the issues through to a successful conclusion.

 

Any exposure to Hana would be great as would a working knowledge of windows server OS, Crystal reports and business processes.
