As part of a strategic global expansion, they are looking for a Service Manager to join their rapidly expanding international business.


The Service Manager will form part of the NOC team in Newcastle. The NOC team are responsible for operational support across all of the company’s network and this role is pivotal in providing customer support to their clients. You will work in collaboration with Tier1 and Tier2 Engineers as well as other areas of the business.


You have strong experience managing Incidents, Problem and Change activities & processes ideally within a NOC environment. Network and/or Facility management experience and Previous Vendor and Carrier management experience. You have a proven ITIL background in incident, Change and Configuration management processes and the ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of the business and across all functions


The role is hybrid in nature but you must be able to commute to the Newcastle area on a regular basis. The package includes a strong salary, Bonus, Pension, BUPA and other benefits commensurate with working for an international organisation.
